1. Our commitment

PHARMACHIM Single Member S.A. is committed to making the website pharmachim.gr accessible to as many users as possible, regardless of ability or assistive technology. We regard accessibility as an integral part of the quality of our digital services.

2. Conformance standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level AA, and to the European standard EN 301 549.

Conformance status: partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. Some parts of the Website may not yet fully meet the criteria; we are working to address them progressively.

Note: the Website belongs to a private entity and does not fall within the scope of Greek Law 4727/2020, which applies to public sector bodies. This statement is a voluntary commitment.

3. Measures we apply

  • Semantic HTML structure with a correct heading hierarchy
  • Alternative text (alt text) for images that convey information
  • Sufficient colour contrast between text and background
  • Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator
  • Labels and error messages on form fields
  • Responsive design and the ability to zoom to 200% without loss of content
  • Page language declaration and screen reader support
  • Descriptive link text, avoiding generic wording

4. Known limitations

Limitations may exist in:

  • embedded third-party content or services, which are outside our control;
  • older PDF files or documents published before this statement was adopted;
  • certain complex graphics and diagrams.
